Meet our founder
Dante Williams is the founder and CEO of VENT, LLC. Mr. Williams is training as a psychologist and is currently completing his doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas in St.Paul, MN. In addition to his educational pursuits, Mr. Williams has well over a decade of successful experiences as a manager, human resources professional, and career counselor. His passion and commitment to help people obtain their goals is what lead Mr. Williams to launch VENT in 2018. Since launching VENT, Mr. Williams has led the organization in providing quality services to partners and clients with a variety of needs. In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Mr. Williams began offering online VENT sessions for community members seeking non-traditional outlets for stress. Under his vision and guidance VENT, LLC continues to grow and expand services to meet the changing needs of the community.
